After many years of struggling... my business has started to pick up slowly. Have 2 more years to stable down my career and hoping to open my Aljunied shop by next month. It's been quite sometime since i last blog as work has really been killing me. for the past few weeks sales have not been what i expected but i'm not giving up till the very last day of the month.
Adeline and Ariff has been a great help though they always make me angry almost everyday but i'm thankful that i met them. My mum has always been supportive on whatever i do and i won't be what i am today if it wasn't for her. Have also not been exercising but am trying my best to do some workouts whenever i'm free.
Gonna book my IPPT by next month and hopefully i'm still able to get a Silver! haha.. Gonna update my website now.. will blog more often if possible.

The "TUMMY LOSS" Work Out by Kamiya Naoki
Here's the "TUMMY LOSS" Workout that I have been doing since 23Dec 2010!
ONLY 5 Exercises (20 - 30min/day)

Exercise 1 [ Reach and touch with your legs up on the air ]
**The trick to this is to make sure u do it slow and don't use your neck muscle.
You want a washboard tummy fast den use your abs muscle to do it.
** 30 repetition **

Exercise 2 [ Reach and touch with your legs tuck in ]
**Start with either your left or right side. reach to your left den reach to your right as far as you can.
Do it Slow!
** 30 repetition **
Exercise 3 [Cross Leg Reverse Crunch]
**Instead of doing it with your hands behind your head, you can try to rest both of your hands straight down beside you & don't rest your leg on the floor while you're doing it.
** 30 repetition **
Exercise 4 [Reverse Crunch]
**Make sure your head is flat down on the floor. Use only your Abs muscle, if you don't feel any kick after doing 20times slowly -- It means that you're doing it wrongly !
** 30 repetition **
Exercise 5 [Leg Raise]
**This is a very classic exercise but it works! Lift your legs up bout 1 inch off the ground to stress on your muscle more =D This is to get rid of your spare tyres.
** 40 repetition **
All above exercises suits all gender. After you've completed all above exercises, rest for 30 - 45 seconds for beginners and 20 seconds for professionals. Complete at least 3 sets a day & a maximum of 6 sets a day. Your muscle need to rest inorder to show u result. No point for you keep stressing and complain you see nothing after your first 2weeks of workout. I've only been doing it for 27days till date and I'm already experiencing the changes and results. At the same time do some slow jogging to experience faster and better results.

Naoki Life !
It's been a while since i last blog. I have been living soulless for the past 2 weeks don't know what to do and stuff for no reason. woke up every morning without any directions in life. Honestly i hate that feeling!! Because I'm not someone that can stay at home and do nothing.
I can have the discipline to run 8-10km 4 times a week and do 1hour workout at home for the rest of the days but i simply can't get myself to check my emails and complete my website. I've been motivating people my whole life but as what the old always say "A doctor can never cure himself". Exactly what's killing me.
I had BBQ yesterday downstairs my place as my Mum friends were coming, prepared the whole day and was dead tired. to be honest the BBQ wasn't really that fun as expected. The bottle of "Martel" that Nikki brought down wasn't even open and it's lying on the shelf now.
I just got back less then 45min from my 8km run. Before my run i was home watching "National Geographic" channel and saw a program filming how those life guards saves life on the beach in the states. They are working happily everyday because they love helping people and saving life's. I have always wanted to be a life guard as i was a swimmer when i was in primary school but later on fall-in-love with basketball and stop my swimming. Thinking for going for life guard courses and maybe work part-time as a life guard at Sentosa??
No matter wad i have been lazing around doing nothing for too long and i need to get my fat ass working on my own career, have already spent too much money and wasted too much time.
I'll work my "FAT ASS" off and make sure i make enough to buy a new flat for my mum and make my company a brand in Singapore using only 8months! I need to get my confidence back before my devil side ate it all up.

Recovering
Knee still recovering and getting better. Hopefully i can start running by this week. Woke up this morning and its running heavily. My work is getting better and things are looking promising. Hope i'm able to clinch a few deals here and there and work my way up again.

John little sale @ EXPO
As I went EXPO with my mum ytd, I didn't expect to get anything for myself. But the SALE there were too tempting .
Adidas was having more den 70% discount for all the stuff there and some even more.. Brands like Everlast, Renoma.. All are having crazy sale.
I bought 2 Adidas tee which retail price was at $200 for both.. I got both for just $50bucks .
My mum went spree-ing for her new year clothes as she hasn't bought anything for herself for quite a long time.. Looking at her smiling at her new clothes simply make my day =D
Helping mum today at Kembangan CC as she has an event there. Saw lots of ppl running , playing basketball just breaks my heart as I can't do any for the moment. Hopefully I can recover fast.

Injury not yet recover
I've not been running since my pasir ris run with Ariff and Kelvin.
Went to a chinese doctor at tampines because the usual doctor i always visit is closed till 11 Jan. The doc like knows nothing. He press my knee for a couple of times and tells me i injured my cartilage. But i told him the spot that he's pressing is not painful at all... he kept quiet. he went pressing other spot and hit my pain spot. After that he told me " YA... you injured ur cartilage" !! OMG -- I seriously dunno what he's doing.
Went Plaza Sing with Nikki and had cafe cartel for lunch. also went shopping for my new ear-piece and got myself a great ear-piece =D pictures to be uploaded on FB.... Follow by NEX at Serangoon and brew bakers for a chill out drink. Really enjoy myself. Nikki is always so sweet and caring =p
i bought a chill hot "Porous Cansicum Plaster" and apply it on my knee as i was suffering from serious pain ytd. when i got home my knee was like getting more swollen den before and i had to apply ice on it. The feeling of my skin feels like cracking! -- but despite all those ... my knee has seriously recover alot! so much better then paying $48 for the tamp doc and didn't show any progress. I only paid $1.20 at watson for the plaster. hahaha... hopefully by the next 3 days i could get myself running on the track.
Nikki says she will be waiting for me at the finishing line for my "Mens Health Urbanathlon" on feb 20th. that's the sweetest thing i had heard by far =D thank you for everything .. really appreciate =)

injured knee !!
I had been running for Everyday for the past 5days, just when I wanted to complete my last 10km at pasir ris with Ariff and Kelvin .. I injured myself at the 3.5km mark. Gosh!!
It was the same old knee injury again. Had already rested for 4days without running but with work out.
Hopefully I will get to recover fast from my injury. Anyway despite that I'll be running 5km tml to see If my knee can take it.. Haha ... So wish me luck!
